Description

CRM Data Analyst required for my client, a global leader in the design and manufacture of special purpose machinery. 

The Purpose of the CRM Data Analyst is to work with the Sales and Marketing functions to support the business to drive growth through data management, lead generation and reporting ensuring all databases are updated and managed.

Responsibilities of the CRM Data Analyst :
 

  • Working within the Marketing team, develop and manage CRM marketing automation campaigns to support customer acquisition and retention
  • Analyse company and customer data sources to make strategic recommendations to support sales strategy, for all direct and indirect channels
  • Manage all CRM data, ensuring compliance to GDPR rules and requirements
  • Maintain CRM contact data records for companies and contacts, overseeing data cleansing and branding initiatives
  • Ensure data insights and deliver reporting to manage and drive sales KPIs
  • Manage all CRM security permissions for a variety of users based on functionality and access level 
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including campaign analysis, evaluation of KPIs and measurement of the ROI of campaigns
  • Managing all aspects of data processing, data management and data feeds
  • Maintain and improve accuracy of data, working closely with the sales team to optimise processes and data handling
  • Provide support and CRM training to sales and support staff on an ongoing basis
  • Identifying customer insights and segmentation opportunities to drive product and regional opportunities
  • Implement processes, 'how to' guides, resolve issues and liaise with internal functions and external support agencies as required
  • Support all Marketing activities in line with the integrated marketing strategy for EMEA



Knowledge/Experience of CRM Data Analyst:
 
Essential: 

  • Minimum A grade GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
  • University degree
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Database marketing and data processing experience
  • Experience in the development of segmentation, profiles
  • Data manipulation and mining
  • General marketing experience either client or agency side
  • Personable
  • Able to understand and communicate information to a variety of audiences
  • Must be able to work on own initiative
  • Good team player
